Due to the  application of the universal connector, a few types of the universal types of the  universal oxygen sensors substitute a large number of original part sensors. Make a

breakpoint at a proper place on the  lead-out sensor and  install a universal connector to

connect the sensor with the relate wires of the vehicle.

Construction:

Zirconia tube- the core element of the sensors.

We can manufacture zirconium tubes independently, and adjust the parameters to the best state meeting to the technology requirements. At present, our products have been under durability test for almost 50,000km at least.

               

Operational principle:

 WHAT’ S  “λ”?

Lambda is a mathematical calculation representing air/fuel ratio. The

figure is derived by dividing the actual air/fuel ratio of the engine by

the theoretically correct value [14.7:1].

Stoichiometric Air Fuel Ratio(AFR)=14.7:1 (λ=1)

Mixture rich:the actual AFR is smaller than the Stoichiometric AFR

Mixture lean:the actual AFR is bigger than the Stoichiometric AFR

If the mixed air is too rich (λ<1), the voltage is about 1v, fuel injection need to be decreased;

If the mixed air is too lean, the voltage ia about 0V, the fuel injection need to be increased (λ<1).
